times. Please bear in mind that fasfas is only provided with an estimated delivery date from the shipping companies (UPS/SHIPTER). On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. In view of customs clearance, delivery times may be extended.

In some cases, if the service of fasfas partners with delivery companies is not
available in certain parts of countries or there is a change in workload, delivery
may be handled by a domestic delivery company.
Delivery Failures
- Lost Parcels
- Customers must notify fasfas within 14 days if their delivery status shows “Delivered” but they have not received their parcel. This will enable us to initiate an inquiry with the shipping company.
- Customers may need to provide proof of evidence, such as photos, of any issues encountered during delivery.
- Refunds for lost parcels will only be processed if the delivery company officially declares the parcel as “Lost.”
- Please note that fasfas is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after they have been delivered to the correct address, and no refund or redelivery can be offered in this case.
- Customs Clearance Return / Refusal
- If a customer refuses to pay the customs tax, no refunds will be granted.
- If customs taxes remain unpaid beyond the determined period set by the shipping company, the entire package will either be returned or disposed of. Even if the customer later decides to pay the tax, it will be too late for a refund or redelivery.
- Each country has a different policy on Hazardous product issues, fasfas is not responsible for informing the recipients about related regulations and policies. The recipients need to contact the local customs authorities to check out for detailed information.
- Recipient Unreachable
- In cases where incorrect address or contact information is provided, we will send an email to request the correct information.
- If the customer fails to provide the necessary information within the timeframe specified by the shipping company, the package will be returned or disposed of. Refunds or redelivery will not be possible in these situations.
Tracking your order
