Exchange & Returns
FASFAS is a platform for brands, and your order may contain items that were shipped to you directly from the brand. Therefore, if you wish to return or exchange an item, you are responsible for shipping the item directly to the corresponding brand's address within 14 days from receiving your order. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees incurred by Korean Customs to clear the returned package back into South Korea. Items returned arbitrarily by customers will be sent back to them at customers’ expenses. If you wish to return and exchange multiple items, you may ship each item to each different brand’s addresses at your own cost. Returns or exchanges sent to FASFAS will not be processed.
Customs Clearance Return / Refusal Return & Exchange General Rules

Shipping Cost: Returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) services.

Multiple Items: If you wish to return multiple items from different brands, you must ship each item to each respective brand's address at your own cost. Returns sent to FASFAS headquarters will not be processed.
Deadlines & Process

Return Deadline: You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item.

Refund Process & Re-Importation Charges: * Refunds will only be processed after the returned items reach the brand's warehouse and pass a quality inspection.

Any import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees incurred by Korean Customs to clear the returned package back into South Korea will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Late Returns: Returns outside the 14-day timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of FASFAS and may only be refunded as store credit.
Non-Refundable & Non-exchangeable Conditions
The following conditions apply to all returns. FASFAS reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria:

Damaged or Worn Items: Returns received in damaged or worn condition will not be accepted.

Color Discrepancies: Slight variations in color due to monitor settings are not considered defects.

Final Sale: Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Payment Transaction Fees: For change-of-mind returns, non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment platforms (PayPal, Eximbay, etc.) will be deducted from your total refund.

Customs & Taxes (Paid at Checkout): The tax amount displayed at checkout is an estimate. If the actual tax is higher, FASFAS covers the difference for your delivery. However, these taxes are strictly non-refundable through FASFAS upon return. You must contact your local customs bureau for tax reclamation.

Import Charges for Returns: As stated above, any costs incurred during the re-importation into South Korea will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Timing: Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected by the brand.

Personalized Items: Custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Hygiene Items: Earrings, Lingerie, and Intimates (shapewear, undies, tights, socks) are non-refundable.
Return address by Brands
Since the return address is different for each brand, the product must be returned to the brand address from which it was purchased.

Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable and exchangeable condition:
1. FASFAS complies with the Republic of Korea's Consumer Protection Act for Electronic Commerce. All cancellations, returns, and withdrawals of purchases will be processed in accordance with this law.
2. For products with defects or discrepancies with their online descriptions, the partnering brands or vendors are required to replace the item with a proper one or accept the return at their own expense. However, in cases of returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size, or color exchanges), all related costs will be borne by the customer.
3. We do not accept returned items sent back without prior authorization from our Customer Service.
4. Please double-check your returns before shipping. We are not responsible for the return of non-FASFAS products.
5. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact Customer Service by e-mail with pictures of the item. We will exchange the item or provide a refund if the product is no longer available. All shipping costs for such cases will be covered by the partnering brand or vendor with the receipt (or picture of the receipt) of the Freight.
6. Returns must be sent to the correct vendor address, and customers are responsible for ensuring this.
7. If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange at your own cost within 14 days. Please note that this is allowed only once per order.
8. Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. Multiple returns from one order sent at different times will not be accepted.
9. If you wish to exchange multiple items, you may ship each item to each different brand’s addresses at your own cost.
10. We only accept exchanges from the country to which the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
Specific Guidelines by Product Type:
1. Clothing: When trying on clothing, ensure that you’re not wearing any deodorant, makeup, tan, or perfume that may leave a mark or scent.
2. Bags , Accessories & Jewelry: Include all designer packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags. Handle light-colored bags carefully, as dark clothing can transfer dye.
3. Fine Jewelry: These exquisite pieces must be returned unworn with the presentation box, protective packaging and any designer cards or tags included.
4. Beauty, Fragrance & Candles: Skincare, cosmetics, and haircare must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Fragrance, nail polish, candles, and aerosols are final sale and cannot be returned.
5. Lingerie & intimates: All Intimates, including shapewear, bras, undies, tights, and socks are not returnable.
6. Swimwear: Try on briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms over underwear and do not remove protective adhesive strips.
7. Technology & Devices: Return products in their original packaging.
Preparation Mistake – I received the wrong item.
If you didn't receive the ordered item, or if an item is missing in your parcel, please contact directly our Customer service. Customs policies vary widely, please check with your country's customs office to determine. We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues
Customs Clearance Return / Refusal

Refusal to Pay: If a customer refuses to pay import duties or taxes, no refunds will be granted.

Unpaid Taxes: If taxes remain unpaid and the package is returned or disposed of by customs, it will be too late for a refund or redelivery.

Preparation Mistake: If you received the wrong item, please contact Customer Service with photos. Shipping costs for faulty/incorrect items will be covered by the partnering brand.
Membership Points

Purchases made with membership points will be refunded exclusively in the form of membership points. Cash refunds are not provided for point-based purchases.
