Exchanges & Returns

FASFAS is a platform for brands, and your order may contain items that were shipped to you directly from the brand. Therefore, if you wish to return or exchange an item, you are responsible for shipping the item at your own expenses directly to the corresponding brand's address within 14days from receiving your order. Please contact our Customer Service to get a Return form. Items returned arbitrarily by customers will be sent back to them at customers’ expenses. If you wish to return and exchange multiple items, you may ship each item to each different brand’s addresses at your own cost. Returns or exchanges sent to fasfas will not be processed. 

 

Returns & Exchanges are at the customer's expense.

We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. You must enclose the return form issued by our Customer Service. in your parcel. If the return form is not included in your parcel, this may result in lost returns and items not being refunded.

 

Return& Exchange Deadline

You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return the item, you can return it at your own cost within 14 days from receiving your order. Please allow 14 days for our warehouse to process your return.

 

Late Returns & Exchanges

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of fasfas and may only be refunded as a store credit.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

If you would like to return or exchange an item. The returning & exchanging items should be in good conditions. Please carefully review the following return & exchange conditions before proceeding. Fasfas has the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing and all tags attached to them. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Only after we have verified that the items are in a new and resalable state, in perfect condition, will we proceed to the reimbursement of the items. You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

 

Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable and exchangeable condition:

1.     FASFAS complies with the Republic of Korea's Consumer Protection Act for Electronic Commerce. All cancellations, returns, and withdrawals of purchases will be processed in accordance with this law.

2.     For products with defects or discrepancies with their online descriptions, the partnering brands or vendors are required to replace the item with a proper one or accept the return at their own expense. However, in cases of returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size, or color exchanges), all related costs will be borne by the customer.

3.     We do not accept returned items sent back without proper return foam issued by our Customer Service.

4.     Please double-check your returns before shipping. We are not responsible for the return of non-FASFAS products.

5.     If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact Customer Service by e-mail with pictures of the item. We will exchange the item or provide a refund if the product is no longer available. All shipping costs for such cases will be covered by the partnering brand or vendor with the receipt (or picture of the receipt) of the Freight.

6.     Returns must be sent to the correct vendor address, and customers are responsible for ensuring this.

7.     If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange at your own cost within 14 days. Please note that this is allowed only once per order.

8.     Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. Multiple returns from one order sent at different times will not be accepted.

9.     If you wish to exchange multiple items, you may ship each item to each different brand’s addresses at your own cost.

10. We only accept exchanges from the country to which the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

 

Specific Guidelines by Product Type:

1.     Clothing: When trying on clothing, ensure that you’re not wearing any deodorant, makeup, tan, or perfume that may leave a mark or scent.

2.     Bags , Accessories & Jewelry: Include all designer packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags. Handle light-colored bags carefully, as dark clothing can transfer dye.

3.   Fine Jewelry: These exquisite pieces must be returned unworn with the presentation box, protective packaging and any designer cards or tags included.

4.     Beauty, Fragrance & Candles: Skincare, cosmetics, and haircare must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Fragrance, nail polish, candles, and aerosols are final sale and cannot be returned.

5.     Lingerie & intimates: All Intimates, including shapewear, bras, undies, tights, and socks are not returnable.

6.     Swimwear: Try on briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms over underwear and do not remove protective adhesive strips.

7.     Technology & Devices: Return products in their original packaging.

 

Non-Refundable & Non- exchangeable Conditions

1.     Returns received in damaged or worn condition. Customers have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while in possession.

2.     Discrepancies in color due to monitor or device display settings are not considered defects and are non-refundable.

3.     Items marked as FINAL SALE.

4.     Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts.

5.     The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

6.     Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through fasfas. However, you may recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or hiring a customs broker.

7.     Personalized & customized items, unless faulty.

8.     Earrings.

9.     Intimates, including shapewear, bras, undies, tights, and socks.

 

Preparation Mistake – I received the wrong item.

 

If you didn't receive the ordered item, or if an item is missing in your parcel, please contact directly our Customer service

Customs policies vary widely, please check with your country's customs office to determine.

We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues

 

Customs Clearance Return / Refusal

 

     If a customer refuses to pay Import duties, taxes, and any other related fees, no refunds will be granted.

     If customs duties and taxes remain unpaid beyond the determined period set by the shipping company, the entire package will either be returned or disposed of. Even if the customer later decides to pay the tax, it will be too late for a refund or redelivery.

     Each country has a different policy on Hazardous product issues, fasfas is not responsible for informing the recipients about related regulations and policies. The recipients need to contact the local customs authorities to check out for detailed information.

 

Membership Points

 

     If you made a purchase using membership points and wish to return the item, the refund will be processed exclusively in the form of membership points. Cash refunds will not be provided for returns made with membership points.
