As all products are made-to-order, delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), in addition to fasfas’s standard shipping time. For certain items with complex production processes—such as those containing many pearls—the delivery period may extend to 8–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Due to the handmade nature of our products, the actual items may not perfectly match the detailed images. Small bubbles or fine scratches on the metal surface may also occur.
GOOBE uses real gold-plated plating—not ordinary accessory plating—to preserve the value of the precious metals and minimize allergic reactions.
GOOBE selects only high-grade freshwater pearls for its products. Unlike uniform cultured pearls or faux pearls, natural freshwater pearls are organic gemstones, so their shapes, sizes, and colors may vary. Surface irregularities such as uneven textures, dark spots, indentations, or grooves may be present. These are natural characteristics and not defects.
All products come with a 6-month warranty starting from the date of purchase (warranty label required).
