Customs Clearance

  • All international packages are subject to import duties and taxes. At FASFAS, estimated import duties and taxes are collected at checkout for your convenience.

  • Maximum Tax Guarantee: If the actual customs duty assessed by your local customs authority is higher than the estimated amount paid at checkout, FASFAS will cover the difference. You will not be asked to pay any additional duties to receive your package.

  • Please note that the estimated taxes and duties paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable by FASFAS in the event of a return. These funds are remitted directly to governmental authorities. To claim a refund for these taxes, you must contact your local customs bureau or hire a customs broker.

  • Customs policies vary widely by country; please check with your local customs office to determine any policies affecting your order.

  • FASFAS is not responsible for informing recipients about local regulations, including those concerning hazardous or restricted items. It is the recipient's responsibility to contact local customs authorities for detailed and updated information.

  • Important: Customs notifications may or may not be sent to recipients by the shipping company. Not receiving a notification does not qualify as a valid reason for returning or refunding parcels.

Customs Clearance Return / Refusal Policy

  • Although FASFAS covers the primary import duties, local customs may sometimes require additional documentation, personal tax IDs, or specific local handling fees to clear the package. Providing these documents and covering any such additional local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • If a customer refuses to provide necessary customs clearance information or pay any specific local fees not covered by our guarantee, resulting in the product failing to clear customs, no refunds will be granted for that item.

  • If a package remains un-cleared beyond the period set by the shipping company, the entire package will either be returned to us or disposed of by customs. In such cases, it will be too late for a refund or redelivery.
